More-so the 'here is our hand, here is your hand ... unless you have an ace up your sleeve, we have the winning hand plain as day ... you have X number of days to fold or we take your hand and burn it' ... if that makes sense ... of course legal timelines are legal timelines ... long, delayed, extended, etc. etc. ... should know a lot more in OCT IMVHO, but I guarantee no timelines ...
