I wouldn't know as I never experienced either but I have seen companies with the same product and one with 25 mg was way better than the other with 100 mg and both were huge pharmaceutical companies but I guess the engineering was better at the other! Then you have underground labs who put strong dosages but the quality sucks. To me it depends on the science involved!
