You don't know what put warrants are? Now that's comical for someone with 26 years experience. Perhaps you should read up on how and why they are used. Check out how Chrysler used call warrants in a deal with the federal Gov., though they wish they hadn't. lol 3 things even you don't know. What value was assigned to the puts, the expiration date, and were they ever exercised in the first place? I don't know why you keep bringing up something that never happened, and that is MMTC SELLS PUTS! They don't. They have issued/given puts, { the word option was never used} to Dutchess, but never sold them, as stated in the 10q. And since options on MMTC don't exist, the only conclusion one can come to is PUT WARRANTS were used.
