heidi, LOL...that's funny. I asked you the same question yesterday. In a RTM Nant would absorb the subsidiary and become the subsidiary of KEYO. Like that's gonna fly. I am sure PSS will let a trashy company like this be their parent.

How do you explain that? In your example you show KEYO and Nant as one company in the end.

In real life...Keyo is the separate parent and Nant is their subsidiary. Let me know what you think. Just go back to that chart I posted yesterday and follow the pretty arrows. In the end you see two boxes...one for the buyer(KEYO) and one for the target sub (Nant). ;)

Also...that list of closed shells should frighten everyone here. I wish KEYO would have been on that list but they have been doing this since 2012. Maybe I'll send them a note to take a look. Loved that article. About how shells are manipulated with information that is untrue that pumps the pps and then ppl dump. Seems about right.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
