1500:1 reverse split, It's a wonderful thing!!! NOT! Yeah, it will be fifteen cents a share for about 10 minutes and will fall like a rock to about 5 cents a share... and back to trips again with dilution... blah,blah,blah... If there is no serious increase in oil SALES then run like hell from this and don't look back! IMO
