Important questions raised by my friend..All read this..

I told my buddy how promising AURC sounds and based on my DD he liked too.

I could not answer 2 of his questions..

1) How much Aurus paid (in cash, right?) to buy the kylon asset ? If it is valued around one billion
they must have paid a decent price..Money came from where ? They don't have much cash..

2) He was surprised CEO of a company is telling individual investors so much without going
thru a PR route. He smelled fizzy but did say that was really nice of G. Parkin. He said such
an approach will lead to 'buy the rumor and sell the news' situation. Not good for loyal long
term holders.
