To figure out who's to blame we either had a stupid jury that tried to act smart and/or a lawyer who didn't make his case simple enough for a lame jury to understand.

If our lawyer would have showed what you just posted and then proceeded to prove them by showing the accounting sheets used in the trial you quoted from then we would be $3.2m richer.

Personally, I'm blaming our attorney. I hate lawyers.
