That other piece of land that's not 251 acres, but less than 100 acres is the piece that is probably what got Mehos the Marijuana License Approval from the Chaffee County Commissioners. As you see, it was stated that owners of existing facilities would be able to expand their business by simply amending their original application. This is basically my point that I was previously trying to make.

Also, I don't expect for Mehos to take his Marijuana License and run for 600 Million Reasons. Those are 600 Million shares are restricted for a while and if he does run, then all the company would need to do is to instruct the Transfer Agent to simply cancel his cert. This is why I think all of the related parties that are involved with INCC, that was listed for receiving shares from INCC, will bring something of value to the table that will justify the amount of shares they were given. For the record, I think what Mehos is bringing to the table does justify 600 Million shares.
