to me they have the fins done,,,then they wait for the dump to be finished..after that they will be put out the 10 k only then they could wait and 90 days for 3 filing,,,sean left for some reason he was tired of barry doing nothing,,then had to pay millions of shares to ibc then asher cashed in,,sean new it was a waste of time in life for just website he left to his buddy now ceo but is he really ceo until its filed its barry as ceo..then they will want to wait to the end of sept to file..but then it will draw new blood to get the ball rolling ...every one knows the mm's are loaded with shares...they new what we did not know is why they dropped it to .01 52 of weeks of sinking put a toll and people sell and move on losing 90 percents,,,but new ceo will come out blasting once he has the green light...it nothing more then waiting for the right sign and it will show its head soon...imho glta
