If you look at my past messages, I had some doubt about SH goal. IMO they never intended to restart Alpha. They wanted to have control but not for all shareholders. Having alpha foreclosure is the best for them to make money. They will buy back all assets for less than the loan due to the bank. What a fabulous way to have 100% of the assets. Maybe they don't even own any Viropro shares.
