I agree 100%,$HIMRD has been logging lies for quite some time and to investor's in this hemp/logging/wood is all a bunch of B.S.
The Company will file onlt to be compliant, and as long as fees are paid all is well. This is only tip of iceberg for pinky stocks
and many investor's will certainly loose $$$$$. The best way to escape companies like this is to get involved with better trading stock in other Exchanges. We both know this is a S C A M!!!
And we pay the price!!!
