Russell2000 index looking vulnerable here and CPSS, like so many smallcap & microcap stocks, seems caught up in the uncertainties about that. On Friday the $RUT crashed below both its 50dma and 200dma (both lines are joined at almost exactly the same level right now) after failing to surpass the 20dma (mid-Bollinger band).
