All I can say is that we have had this discussion before, actually a few times. Any and all investors should listen to the last POD-CAST from the CEO. He addresses all of this financing, they will be moving forward. The FINAL LICENCES are awarded as early as NOV 4th, ALL of the preliminary information will have been approved. Las Vegas is Nov 10th. I have provide the factual links to prove everything I have said. But here they are again:

The final licenses (open the doors) will be available for decision by the City Council, and Mayor on Nov 10th 2014. Sales can begin there after.
