1.49 trade may have been set at 1.491, thus your 2000 shares @ 1.49 never triggered. I have this happened to me and I couldn't figure out why. Then I looked through the Time and Sales table and noticed the trades history. Sometimes I see the price set with 1/100 of a penny.
