He sure is giving his critics plenty to run with...which of course is the vagueness and outright silence.

What exactly was the "plan" in April to make May the month to remember? Only two possibilities...either (1) he knew he was not going to be able to follow through or (2) something happened that didn't allow him to follow through.

If it was (1) then the only conclusion is that the plan was hatched to create volume in the stock and allow some insiders or large holders to sell. If it was (2) why on earth would he not disclose what the issue is? Unless if course it is something he would rather his common shareholders not know.

I can't think of any other reasonable possibility.
