How long does Admin usually take to reply to PMs?

If making a request and there is no reply could it be how Admin might tell me i've been denied? I understand they get a lot of mail.


I see five Admins. Is any particular Admin best to address TOU issues to after receiving no reply from the TOU button?

Is it more appropriate to discuss the particulars of the TOU complaint here rather than in PM to Admin?
