Remember, all the licenses Iterated TRIED to work out for tmm from 1992-1996 were for the early VDK codecs. Trying to purposely confuse the issue doesn't help.
As for Panik trying to help tmm, he was constantly trying to do that up till 2001, when Fernandez proved it was a total waste of time to even try. Things have not changed much.
