the GCDx test was scheduled for 3/31/14 . . . the site was to be up in two weeks per your own phone call . . . then it went down for CC additions . . . then it came back after the FDA changed the rules . . . now he claimed 8 weeks . . . he also claimed he needed the VS, to be completed 1Q15, for FDA to allow him to market the test while seeking approval . . . he said both . . . figure it out . . .

DC2, it looks good, and stops others from using the name . . . no one enforces tm law anyway . . . a non issue . . .

DC3, he is buying time . . . until the VS is done . . . this is not a radient issue, this is a GCDx issue, no relation . . .
