Since you claim to know everything I shouldnt have to dig this stuff up for you but here ya go. This is what they say the hold up is. I dont have a reason not to believe them because to this point they have came through with everything they said they were going to.

Spoke w Fl dept Corp. Amendment sent in will not post until 10 biz days after receipt. Waiting for them for stamp reduction of auth to 2b.

Also, until State of FL stamps our disclosed amended articles reducing auth to 2B they will report the old number of 8.9B...NEXT!
