I re-read it few times and some dots do not connect.. I think he is not giving you all the true info.. on purpose I assume..

He tweeted on Aug 29th that we were almost there for Quebec MMPR, and monthly report said a deficiency by HC on Aug 28th. and why would Chris parry would say Abattis crew was smiling two-three weeeks ago?

"Everything"is built for Biocell in Quebec, what's everything? led lights hvac safe box etc? I think so... so they are just waiting for security checks and few more cameras for license to be issued?

Experion is %25 deal and I don't think he is the only one that needed to pass security check.. also security check shouldn't be issue for Biocell as he passed already for Experion.

I think Biocell will have license before than Experion.. too bad no CSL news as of yet either.

If company doesn't come up with license or some sort of revenue stream, I expect bigger sell off... I expected Canadian weed investors to move to other plays and they did already.. There are nice returns from few tickers actually..
