So, if it is announced today/tomorrow (or any day for that matter) then there would at least be some time between the announcement of “the symbol of its merger partner” and the actual teleconference. I’m figuring two weeks -- on August 9th, 2005, H.I.S.S. announced that they will host a “Nationwide Teleconference to Update Shareholders” which will be on August 23rd. Two weeks later.

So whatever day it is announced, I figure the teleconference to be two weeks later, and the record date of the dividend (and all dividend related dates) to be after that (probably a week or two).

I realize that I may not have posted something earth-shattering (and of course it is only a prediction) but it’s all for discussion sake.
