The reason QASP pps is so low can be attributed to the amount of bag holders here. Any rise in the pps will have to work through them first and that is not going to happen because the scales have fallen and many see QASP as a opportunistic "me too" mj company who's purpose it is to lure naïve investors in so they can sell shares.
