Unless VGPR achieves OTC status and stays above 0.01 for some time (one guy posted it has to stay above 0.01 for a month, which it did earlier this year) NOBODY will convert their B's because NO broker will accept them. As I posted previously, I even tried a broker in Belize..........thought I finally had one until they said they accept no stock certs from the USA! I will keep my certs unconverted until such time as I can deposit them in Options Express (where my acct is) or another legitimate broker because they are immune from R/S's!! Mine will convert to 5 mil shares common and my fiance's to 32 mil shares!!
