If any part of the SEC filing is false, the filing is false (and misleading). They also falsely indicated they would "continue" to trade on the pinks, which is also completely incorrect.

They put out three submissions with the false share authorization in it.

If you look at Shapiro's track record, he dilutes shareholders into the ground.

If Medient plans to increase the authorized 100-fold with a reverse split, they obviously fully intend to need to issue and dilute current shareholders. They may lose another 98% of their current portfolio value.

The main reason this thing isn't at $0.0001 already is because most investors understand that FINRA won't approve a reverse split. Another is because it is tough to sell shares on the grey sheets, as volume and liquidity have fallen off a cliff. A third is because they really can't easily do any financing with shares with no MM's or share inventory, so they can't dilute further (but can't raise money, either).
