You have to bid through a broker to get 0.0003's.
I'm sure if you were to bid on a reasonable quantity of 0.0003's ICBS would be more than happy to fill the order. Then come the 0.0002's.........
If I believed in ICBS and had confidence in Garth I would just buy @ 0.0005.
