Will BAA do the same thing that LSG did

Was LSG like BAA?

Was it

1. heavily in debt?
2. losing money?
3. borrowing more money to pay off previous loans?
4. diluting stock through warrants while it issued its high-yield junk debt?
5. Totally mismanaged: Not prepared for rain, stock-piling gold while the price was crashing, etc.?
