Since SRL is an independent subsidiary, they are able to best decide their own needs- then Fortis will approve it if within reason. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

In this case, it is actually Fortis who is heavily invested in breast cancer diagnostics and treatment thru their chain of hospitals in India (and elsewhere). They are the ones who want to expand their breast cancer interests into the "western hemisphere" thru Provista.
