Pure crap.

There is absolutely no reason for this stock to be at 10 cents. Either it should crash if the future looks grim or it should rapidly move up on the basis of recent positive news.

What we see instead is manipulation of the highest order to keep the stock pinned to this level of 10 cents. This has been going on for a few weeks now. No way this is normal trading and is probably connected with the RS news.
