I have a Verizon cellphone. I live in California, and have SBC, now ATT lanline, with their DSL. Verizon DSL and lanline phone service is offered in some areas of the state. But, that does not guarantee you a speedier internet connection. It all depends on where the pole is located, and how far you are from the pole.
