Why would someone be left out in the cold? Do you have a valid reason for the PPS increasing a few ticks? Do you have a valid reason for why the PPS will not drop a few ticks again in the next 15 minutes before market close, or next Monday, or next Friday? Without some valid rationale behind the change in PPS, this is just oscillation noise so it does not mean anything, and could reverse again at any time.
