Flippers took control, been 1 and 2 tick flipping. That's how some people that bought high and are down on a stock make money back on a stock. They keep bid sitting. They scare investors into selling FOR A LOSS at the bid price. They then sell at a tick or two higher making a profit to new investors buying on the ask or longs averaging down buying on the ask. They make small profits back while the pps goes consistently lower. That's what some of the "bashers" are doing.

Look at the smooth slope on the chart. That's reminiscent of flippers. But now we are bottoming out. Accumulation is setting in. They will now hold some shares for the ride up and we will soon all make money together.
