There is no recommended dose because it is different for everyone. For me, I use 2-3 full drops of tincture per day, two capsules and vape throughout the day. But I have 24/7 pain and also must take tramadol. But the cbd got me off flexeril, oxycodone and fentanyl. CBD is a miracle. The everyday investor does not realize the HUGE demand for cbd. There are millions of chronic pain sufferers!! :)
