You are 100% right about doctors wanting this manaul. So do nutricianists and caregivers. It won't be by prescription it will be by recommendation due to the schedule1 drug that it is.
All you have to do is call any dispensary and simply ask if they would Cary the manual. I already know what they will say. So you see having something that has a high demand on it can only mean one thing MONEY
