Does the Company have the money? It really is a serious question.

The PR specifically said "commitments" by long time shareholders. The PR did not provide specifics of any sort beyond that.

The Corporate issues that the Company is and / or will be undertaking are very expensive. In the hundreds of thousands of dollars I expect and this does not include actual Mining activity expenses. I don t believe asking for actual and specific Financial information is out of line or negative. A "commitment" by itself means little and for that matter we, as Shareholders, don t even know what the commitment (amount / timing / scope / return etc) is all about. Yes, I expect that in time this information will be provided which is fine from a Business prospective but by not supplying this info (earlier rather than later) may be the very reason that the volume / PPS are not meeting some expectations.

It is fine to provide all the information that they have however the Market, IMO, wants to know that they have the Financial ability to meet the obligations they are taking on. Maybe some investors who are fully vested in Sarissa are comfortable however the not as informed investor is looking for a bit more certainty considering the Company s track record.
