I wholeheartedly agree. But I haven't been able to get anyone from APT or Cerner to even confirm a contract was signed and a closing date set. And it seems to me that a Real Estate Contract on the company's property would constitute a material event---and in light of the recent penalty/fine, I would think the company would be more than willing to go overboard informing shareholders of pertinent information. So anyway, that's why I asked. I'm confused about the secrecy---or if there is anything even happening. The logical conclusion says there is something going on--- based on the vague information we have managed to gather from the city govt proceedings and the even-more-vague info from APT---who knows?!?!?
