When the file? Who says they are going to file anything? Not too long ago, this stock was at zero bid...which means it was worthless. Now, it is struggling to maintain 0.0001.

This is awful. For a company that is supposedly generating revenue and has a near monopoly in this space, this is pathetic.

The reverse split is coming....and everyone will be wiped out.
