I'm not saying you're naieve, just overly optimistic for these kinds of companies. IMO the most rational baseline position to take on *any* OTC stock is that it is a mechanism set up to enrich insiders first, and an actual business or company second, if at all. The word "scam" gets thrown around too much I think, because many times there actually is some product or service that the business will offer, it's just not nearly what it's made out to be, and in any case even a profitable company's stock can't survive the kind of toxic financing, ever-increasing O/S counts, and relentless dilution they lead to that you see with these companies.

But to use that word anyway for simplicity, I think the best position to take to minimize one's risk is that every single one of these subpenny tickers are complete scams, and it is up to the company and its management to disprove that by their actions and behavior, not their promises and forward-looking statements in PR's...

As far as TEMN is concerned, the company's actions the past several months have done little to assuage my basic concern that this is all, so to speak, an elaborate ruse to make insiders a lot of money, regardless of whether there is ever actually any product or revenue made by the company itself.
