I am not so sure about valuation, in the cable business, I believe they put a valuation of between $3000 to $3500 per subscriber, the market cap of SIRI here is about $200 MM with less than 70,000 subscriber, so if you assume the same "value" (and I think the value should be lower) at the $2/share SIRI seems to be pretty fully valued. You also must go into subscribers acquisition costs to evaluate how fast they can expand their subscriber base 9and thus add to value) but also take into account potential debt conversion. All these exercise have made it too tough for me to really sink my teeth into this one (and in the process losing of course, the opportunity for a double bagger...<g>). Back in JCOM here at $36.23 though... bucker plus discount...
