Have they paid any "shelf shares" lately. I don't think so and haven't seen anything to say that they have. Have you?
You still don't know what's going on and all you bring up is the PAST. It's time to start looking towards the future. When is the last time any shelf shares have been sold? 3-4 months. And yet they are hiring...........and not selling shares..........that tell me they are doing a hell of a lot better than before.
