No offense but are you really surprised? Greg is breaking no laws and working within the slimy exchange that allows him to do exactly what he wants to do with it. Is it ethical or morally right to shareholders? I say no but This kind of tactics in pinkyland is just yet another day with no big revelations. Greg is smart (on his behalf)...IMO..he knew BEFORE he took this over what this shell could afford and offer him. Not a bad plan if your looking for a healthy SELF preservation and paycheck. Man o man... he gets to hang out at the club...rub elbows with other CEO's tell his story of fame and fortune, eat and dine with the who's who he wants to be associated with and pick up a few tabs along the way .
He doesn't even have to put out FLUFF after a devastating split he managed to pull off. Hey, the guy has it made in the shade.
What he should be doing though is tipping his hatt and thanking all the Kool-Aid drinkers for their support and wish them all..."better luck next time". Welcome to the well traveled hard roads to and inside pinkyville. A great place to be from....not live in.
