What makes them untrustworthy? It's really not a simple thing going to buyers of major companies and demanding they put your product on their shelves. IMO they are doing the right thing by getting awareness out there for the product. I've been asking Stephen hart about placement and usually I don't get a response. In the slide show it says "early 2014" we will do certain things like line up distribution, rebrand, etc I am not at my computer right now so I can't point out everything but it says nothing about being in stores by "early 2014".
