I am concerned with the settlement of the patent infringement. Looking at other patent infringement cases, such as this weeks case close of Pacific Coast Marine Windshields Ltd. VS. Malibu Boat Company (completely different sector but based on seemingly less technology than what Endeavor is dealing with) where Malibu was ordered to pay $20 million. It baffles me how Endeavor settled this suit under a million dollars? I speculate a back room deal between the two groups where the board of directors lined their pockets instead of lining retail share holders pockets, or their technology didn't play a significant enough role in the operation of the products in question to be awarded the rights to all profits from the sale of said products. Either way their product is of value and the current share price doesn't factor any value for the patents.
