That email from SG also seems to be a tacit admission that there's no good news to report. One would think that positive developments would be an "event" that would "dictate" a news release, or at least the publishing of the monthly ad campaign updates he promised on June 23, but alas there are none.

I think what he means is, "news will be coming out [as SEC regulations require, but no sooner. Keep buying my stock though. Thx.]"
