Look back through the posts. CEO stated on Monday that he will try to get something out by the end of the week. No guarantee, but i'm giving it a 50-50. He's been talking about a share reduction in additon to lowering the A/S also. This coupled in with the acquisition of 4-5 profitable pizza shops are huge. He's already got the new website online, Facebook Page, Twitter...etc.

However, the information about news was according to a guy called Dream on ihub that has talked to the CEO twice in the last two weeks. He posted his findings on some message board, which was later posted here.
