The day after that was issued. HE wasted no time in dumping into the market right away to get some cash out of them, dont think he's not doing it already. I'll bet they already have this week.

of COURSE it has a significance on the share price! When you have 10 Billion shares to trade around vs. 10 Million you dont think the company with only 10 M. wont go up faster? Come on...
