You know, I was just thinking... Chris had said in the spring in an email that he would only enter a new city after breakeven.

And now we have a new city coming within 2 months, do you think that maybe this quarter could show break even ?

It would explain why the sellers have stopped selling (diluting) as of 2-3 weeks ago...

This could be huge if they announced break even this quarter!
