I wouldn't expect the CEO of a company to correspond with shareholders directly, that's what he has hired IR for.

I also wouldn't expect the public relations company to give out material information until it's released officially by the company in a PR. I don't blame them for going silent, they should not be responsible for setting shareholder expectations.

I do know Jala has attended many events in the last few weeks, why bother if the product availability wasn't close behind?
