Silly Rabbit... Tricks Are For Kids! Or in this case its Rico pulling a BIG trick on you and other shareholders asking for proof...

Well my friend the only proof you need is the share increase to 10 Billion shares, with a "B" and the constant drop in share price as dilution occurs to get your answer to that question ;)

I hope it is obvious what the company is doing here. If not let me know, I will try to explain better
