This is speculation. The advantage of an LLC is that the real owner is protected from liability. IF business were conducted under the LLC, the parent corporation would then have some liability protection in the event of lawsuits, etc. IF a Florida LLC like Turbine Aviation, bought controlling interest in a shell Nevada Corporation and then executed a reverse merger, then the Corporation would be the parent and the LLC could conduct business as a subsidiary. Bones, you say you know the business, what thoughts?
