Did some DD today and talked to two sources in Allendale SC (one commissioner and a source with Carolina Alliance)! Both said that "site work" had been done on the property that has been leased for the biocoal plant. Also the commissioner said some concrete "pillars" were being installed. This is HUGE news to me........just to know that (A): The property HAS been leased or purchased and (B): Work has been started for the plant we have been hearing about for some time! Too early to do cartwheels just yet but we can get a bit excited, aye?
